1. Who we are

UGCify is a user-generated content marketplace connecting brands and creators for briefs, contracts, escrow, and payouts. The service is operated by Kreate Technologies LLC (“UGCify”, “we”, “us”).

This Privacy Policy applies to accounts, websites, and apps under the UGCify product, including dashboards for brands, creators, and administrators.

2. Information we collect

Account & profile

Name, email, phone, password (stored hashed), role (brand or creator), language, and country.
Brand company details and creator bios, niches, social links, portfolio media, and verification materials.

Marketplace activity

Briefs, applications, contracts, deliverables, ratings, messages related to deals, and boost/badge purchases.
Support requests and dispute materials you send us.

Wallet & payments

Wallet balances, ledger entries (top-ups, escrow lock/release, fees, withdrawals), currency preference (USD/IQD), and payout method metadata.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Stripe, ZainCash, FIB, and similar processors receive card or bank details directly when you pay or withdraw.

Technical data

IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP (including geo-block checks), session cookies, and basic usage logs needed for security and reliability.

3. How we use your information

Create and secure accounts; match briefs and creators; run contracts and escrow.
Process fees, wallets, payouts, and invoice-style ledger records.
Verify creators, prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited content.
Send transactional notices (applications, awards, funding, approvals, disputes).
Improve product performance, localization, and customer support.
Comply with law, tax, AML/KYC expectations, and enforceable requests from authorities.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your region, we process data based on: (a) performance of a contract (providing the marketplace), (b) legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fee collection), (c) consent where required (optional marketing), and (d) legal obligations (financial record-keeping, lawful disclosure).

5. When we share data

Other users: Brands and creators see profile fields, briefs, applications, contract details, and deliverables needed to complete a deal.
Payment providers: Only what is required to top up, escrow, or pay out.
Hosting / infrastructure vendors: Under confidentiality and security commitments.
Authorities: When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.

We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.

6. Retention

We keep account and marketplace records while your account is active. Financial ledger, escrow, and dispute records may be retained longer as required for accounting, chargebacks, audits, and legal claims — typically aligned with multi-year commercial record standards. Portfolio files you delete may remain in backups for a limited period before permanent purge.

7. Your rights & choices

Access, correct, or update profile data from your account settings where available.
Request a copy of personal data we hold about you.
Request deletion, subject to records we must keep for funded contracts, ledgers, and disputes.
Object to or restrict certain processing where local law allows.
Withdraw consent for optional communications (transactional emails about your contracts will continue).

To exercise rights, email privacy@ugcify.com from your registered address. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

8. Security & international transfers

We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access-controlled servers, and least-privilege admin roles. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for keeping credentials private.

Data may be processed in countries where we or our vendors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.

9. Children

UGCify is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum digital consent age in your country). We do not knowingly create accounts for minors. If you believe a minor registered, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish a revision. Material changes may also be surfaced in-product or by email for active accounts.
